EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE TO VOTE:
All full-time and regular part-time production workers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 71 Wall Street, Plattsburgh, New York who were employed by the Employer during the payroll period ending November 2, 2024.
EMPLOYEES NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE:
Quality control, production control, senior test & commissioning (T&C) test technicians, test & commissioning (T&C) test technicians, office clerical employees, maintenance employees, engineers, guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.
